How to Order from the On-line Catalog

 
 

The On-line Catalog main page displays and links to our product pages. Each page contains descriptions of the products and an order form. Product pages may be selected from the drop-down menus as well.

From the catalog pages, add an item to your "shopping cart". View the the contents selected so far, and change any quantities. In the shopping cart, select a shipping option and the state where your order is being delivered. An optional box for a delivery date, allows you to "Buy Now and Ship Later" (see below).

Instructions and buttons prompt you to continue shopping or begin the payment process. The payment process includes invoice information, delivery information (if different from the invoice) and the payment method.

We use the PayPal service which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and allows transfers from PayPal accounts.

NOTE: When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail back from New England Toffee Company that summarizes your order before it is shipped. If your order is being shipped to someone else, this will also be confirmed.

After your order has been submitted, if you have a question, or realize there was a mistake, just send a follow-up e-mail to info@NewEnglandToffee.com or give us a call at 978-264-9739. If you contact us about your order before you receive an e-mail confirmation from us, your order will not be shipped until we confirm it with you.
